We focus on creating accessible, engaging user experiences. We design and build web sites and applications for you or—if you prefer—with you. We teach you more about user experience and accessible design and development through our workshops and training courses. We offer expert accessibility and user experience consulting to provide you that big picture view.

Accessibility

Lead by Derek Featherstone, internationally renowned speaker, author and accessibility expert, we help our clients with three core accessibility needs:

  1. Taking Stock: we assess your current level of accessibility so that you know where you stand.
  2. Chart a Course: based on that assessment, we help you figure out where you need to go and how you’re going to get there
  3. Learn to do it yourself: Part of getting there is working with your teams to ensure that they get the knowledge and skills that you need to be self-sufficient.

We also provide on-going monitoring and evaluation of your redesign efforts, or new web sites and applications. Why? Because you need to know if you’re hitting the mark.

User Experience

Through research, we can help you understand how your current and prospective audience use your web site or application, provide insight into how they think about you and your products or services, and use that insight to craft an experience that simply works.
